I'm Pati Harris and I created Plot Twist Counseling to meet the unique circumstances of midlife women. This might be the first time in your life that you are not primarily defined by your role as someone's daughter, sister, partner, wife &/or mother. You may be experiencing changes in your career path. Maybe this is the first time you've had a moment to reflect on all the things you've been through - and realize, maybe I need some help sorting though this. You might also be challenged by the realities of aging such as menopause, health changes of your self and/or your partner, caring for elderly parents. You may find that up need some support as you navigate these transitions. My intention as a counselor is to help you discover the meaning of what's already happened in your life story, how you navigated the plot twists that came up, and then to help you intentionally create new chapters.
